Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with DuckTemplates. We sell two types of products — digital products (Notion and Google Sheets templates) and physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, and other printed items) — and different rules apply to each. Please read the section relevant to your order.
By making a purchase, you agree to the terms described below.
Digital Products
No Refunds
Because our digital products are delivered immediately by email upon payment, all purchases of digital products are final. Except where required by applicable law, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- A change of mind or personal preference.
- Incompatibility issues with your software, operating systems, or devices.
- Insufficient knowledge or expertise to use the digital products effectively.
- Dissatisfaction with features, functionality, or performance of the digital products.
- Discontinuation, modification, or unavailability of any associated services or digital products.
- Accidental purchases.
EU and UK consumers — Right of Withdrawal Waived for Digital Products
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you would normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts. However, by completing your purchase and accessing the digital product immediately upon delivery, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby waive your statutory right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the French Code de la consommation and equivalent UK provisions.
In other regions where consumer protection or mandatory refund rules apply, we will comply with the relevant requirements and timelines set by local law.
Pre-Purchase Considerations
We strive to provide clear and accurate descriptions of each digital product. It is your responsibility to review compatibility requirements, specifications, and any other necessary details prior to completing your purchase. Physical Merchandise
Our physical products are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful. Because each item is made specifically for you after you place your order, our return process is somewhat different from a traditional retail store.
Right of Withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of physical merchandise within 14 days, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods, or, in the case of an order containing several items delivered separately, after you take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unambiguous statement (for example, an email) sent to contact.jorisbaker@gmail.com.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the original outbound shipping cost (except any supplementary costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option offered). The reimbursement will be made without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw, or — at the latest — within 14 days of the day on which we receive the returned goods.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earliest.
Returning the goods
You must send back the goods, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Return shipping address will be provided by us upon receipt of your withdrawal notice.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing or printing defect, or you received a different item than the one you ordered, please contact us at contact.jorisbaker@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include:
- Your order number;
- A description of the issue;
- Clear photographs showing the problem (and the packaging if it appears damaged).
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
This is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the legal warranty of conformity (Article L217-3 et seq. of the French Code de la consommation) and the legal warranty against hidden defects (Article 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows your package as lost in transit, or if it has not arrived within a reasonable time after the latest estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and Printful, and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Items We Cannot Accept Back
In line with applicable law and the nature of made-to-order goods, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered (other than to inspect them);
- Items returned without prior contact with us;
- Items returned more than 14 days after withdrawal notice (EU/UK) or otherwise outside the timeframes set out above.
Customers Outside the EU and UK
If you are not a consumer in the EU or UK, the statutory withdrawal right above does not apply. We still accept returns and refunds for damaged, defective, or incorrect items as described above. For other return requests (e.g. change of mind), please contact us — we will consider these on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee a refund.
Technical Support
For digital products, our team is committed to assisting you with any technical issues you may encounter. While we offer support to address product-related questions, this does not imply exchanges, refunds, or guaranteed resolution of issues beyond the product's intended scope.
Policy Revisions
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund and Returns Policy at any time to reflect changes in our business practices or to comply with legal requirements. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
