Services Provided
DuckTemplates offers two categories of products:
- Digital products, including Notion and Google Sheets templates, designed to help individuals and businesses improve organization, productivity, and workflows.
- Physical merchandise, including apparel, accessories, and other printed items, produced and shipped on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful.
Different terms apply to each product type, particularly in relation to delivery, returns, and consumer rights. Please refer to our Shipping Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Terms of Sale for detailed terms specific to each product type.
Pricing and Payments
- Pricing: All prices for our products are displayed on our website or the relevant sales platforms. We reserve the right to adjust these prices at any time; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been placed. Prices may be displayed in different currencies and may vary by region. Shipping costs for physical merchandise are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method, and are shown before you complete your purchase.
- Payment Methods: Payments are processed via trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, or Stripe). By purchasing our products, you agree to comply with the respective terms and conditions of these third-party payment processors.

- End User License (digital products): Upon purchase of a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the product for your personal or internal business purposes. You may duplicate, adapt, and customize your own copy of the template for your own use.
- Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or publicly publish our digital products (in original or modified form), nor create derivative works intended for resale or distribution, without our prior written permission. The purchase of physical merchandise does not grant you any right to reproduce or commercially exploit the designs, logos, or graphics featured on those items.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.
Termination of Access

The fulfilment of physical merchandise is performed by our partner Printful. While we remain your sole point of contact and the seller of record for any order placed through our website, the production and shipping of physical items is subject to Printful's operational capacity and processes.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DuckTemplates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our Services. The foregoing limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct, nor where applicable law prohibits such limitation, nor in respect of our statutory obligations under the legal warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden defects.
