Shipping (Delivery) Policy

Welcome to DuckTemplates! We sell two types of products: digital products (Notion and Google Sheets templates) and physical merchandise (apparel, accessories, and other printed items). Different delivery rules apply to each, so please read the relevant section below.
Quick overview
- Digital products — instant email delivery, no shipping costs, no tracking.
- Physical merchandise — produced on demand by our fulfilment partner Printful and shipped worldwide. Production and shipping times apply.
Digital Products
Order Processing Times
All orders for our digital products are processed instantly. As soon as your payment is confirmed, you will receive an automated email containing your digital product.
Delivery Method
Digital products are delivered exclusively by email. Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a message containing a PDF with instructions and a download link for your Notion or Google Sheets template. No tracking numbers are provided, as all deliveries are electronic and occur instantly. Your purchase grants you a personal license to use the template; please refer to the included instructions for full usage terms.
Shipping Costs
Digital delivery is free. There are no shipping costs for digital products.
Delivery Issues
If you do not receive your digital product within a few minutes of completing your purchase, please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can't locate the email, contact us at contact.jorisbaker@gmail.com.
Physical Merchandise
Fulfilment Partner
Our physical merchandise is produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner Printful. Each item is printed to order, which means there is no inventory sitting on a shelf — your product is made specifically for you after you place your order.
Production Time
Most items are produced within 2 to 7 business days after the order is placed. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your item leaves Printful's facility, estimated delivery times are typically:
- Within Europe: 5–10 business days
- North America: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates provided by carriers, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances outside our control can occur.
Fulfilment Locations
Printful operates fulfilment centres in several regions (including the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Mexico, Japan, Australia, Canada, and Brazil). Your order will be routed to the centre best placed to deliver to your address. Where possible, this is used to reduce shipping times and costs for international customers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, the weight and size of your items, and the shipping method selected. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown at checkout. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you have concerns about potential charges.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If a package is returned to Printful because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility. We will contact you to arrange this.
Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or does not arrive within a reasonable time after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at contact.jorisbaker@gmail.com within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). We will work with Printful to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. Please include your order number and, where applicable, clear photographs of the damaged or defective item.
