The hardest part of any system is the blank page. So we deleted it.

Two tools, one philosophy: start with structure, finish with something that's yours.
Google Sheets templates
For the numbers in your life. Budgets, trackers, and planners with formulas that don't break when you breathe on them. Every template opens with our Quack Start tab so you know exactly what to do first.
- Finance & budget trackers
- Habit & goal tracking
- Planners that do the math for you
Notion templates
For everything else. Dashboards, CRMs, second brains, and our most popular creation: Gamify Your Life, which turns your boring task list into quests worth completing.
- Gamify Your Life ⭐ bestseller
- CRM, career & productivity systems
- Habit tracking & life dashboards
Flexible tools stick with you. Blank ones scare you off.
We believe tools like spreadsheets and Notion give you something no polished, pre-formatted app ever will: freedom. You can bend them to fit your life exactly, and a system shaped around you is a system you actually keep using. Rigid apps get abandoned the moment your life stops matching their design.
But that freedom has a price. These tools start empty. And an empty page is where good intentions go to procrastinate, or worse, give up.
Why a spreadsheet or Notion?
Because you can customize every cell and block. A tool tailored to your needs is a tool that lasts.
So what's the catch?
You start from zero. White page syndrome is real, and it costs weekends, motivation, and half-finished projects.
That's where we come in
We hand you a working system on day one. You tweak, personalize, and keep the momentum.
"A template costs roughly the price of a sandwich. Building the same thing yourself costs a weekend you won't get back."
That's our whole mission: give people a way to start. Curious about the full reasoning? We wrote an honest take on it, bias included: Is it worth buying templates?

I log runs, bike sessions, and strength work, so most single-sport apps never really fit. This template handles all of it because you define your own metrics. The calendar view makes it easy to plan recovery days properly. The fact that I own this forever, with no subscription and no risk of some company deleting my logs, is worth the price alone.
Found out it was hand-picked by Notion's editorial team after I'd already bought it. It's one of the few templates where things actually talk to each other (goals feed into projects, projects into tasks...) That's the whole point of a second brain, and most templates just don't get there. Featured by Notion for a reason.
It is nice having fill-in-the-blank templates available instead of beginning with a blank paper and no idea of what a resume should look like.
If you're looking for a CRM that just works, here it is. Everything about it feels straightforward and well thought out, it makes all of our sales information and projects very easy to track, record and monitor and I was comfortable navigating it almost immediately.
Great template! It was incredibly easy to customize, looks professional, and made it simple to showcase my projects and skills. It saved me a lot of time and helped me stand out during my job search. I recently landed a new Data Analyst role, and this portfolio definitely played a part. Highly recommend!
I've tried a lot of productivity systems, but this is the first one I've actually stuck with. The minimalist design keeps things simple and distraction-free, and I like that I can customize it to fit the way I work. It helped me organize my tasks, notes, and goals without feeling overwhelmed.
Extremely useful for managing my online presence. The setup is straightforward, the interface is user-friendly, and everything works smoothly. It saves time and keeps all my important links in one place. Overall, a great tool that does exactly what it promises.
Very helpful and easy to use, I use it to manage all my job application and so far I've absolutely loved it. If you are mass applying to jobs and want a way to track them, i 100% would recommend.
I have used some invoice-creators and created an Excel template that I am not thrilled with. This Notion template was very easy to use, automated (correctly) the total charge, and looks professional. I don't do a ton of invoicing. OK, I do very little invoicing. There is almost no return on investment for me to learn a better way to invoice.
This tracker isn't about the bells and whistles. Its aim is to cut through the noise to concentrate your mind. The interface is simple and organized, with all your habits presented in a calendar and ordered chronologically, so you can see your day measured out in goals.
Been using this for a few weeks now and it's made staying on top of client work much easier. I like that I can manage projects, invoices, and tasks in one place, and tweak things as my workflow changes. Much more flexible than the freelance apps I've tried before.
Really happy with this template. I was using a budgeting app before, but I prefer having everything in Notion where I can customize it however I want. The setup is clean, easy to understand, and gives me a good overview of my spending without being overly complicated. It saves me time and feels much more flexible than most finance apps I've tried.
I'd abandoned second brain setups twice before. Too much pressure to use them "correctly" Cloud Brain is the first that stuck, quiet colors, calm language, a workspace that doesn't make you feel behind. Two months in and I still want to open it every morning.
You hit shuffle, the spread fills in, meanings are right there. I don't even miss my physical deck. The journal is a nice touch too. HIGHLY recommend to anyone interested in tarot!
Great job! Finally, a useful Notion template. I've been using it every day for several days now and I'm very happy with it.
I've started and dropped like six different productivity systems. This one stuck because it doesn't feel like a system. Doing laundry is a quest. It sounds dumb but it works. The Grow/Resist habit split is genuinely clever. Also I built my own reward shop in like 15 minutes and now I actually look forward to checking things off.
This template looks great, but it's not just about the design. Everything is laid out in a way that makes it easy to stay organized, and I've ended up using it every day. It feels more personal and flexible than most productivity apps, which is exactly what I was looking for.
